State Representative Daniel P. Troy (D-Willowick) has been honored as the Ohio Chamber of Commerce's Democratic Legislator of the Year for 2023. Troy, who served in the Ohio House during the 80s and 90s, currently holds pivotal positions as the Ranking Member of the House Ways & Means Committee and a member of the House Finance Committee.
