The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Lyndhurst rose by $1,000 while total sales increased by 14.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Beachwood fell by $15,400 while total sales increased by 52.9%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Pepper Pike fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Euclid rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 12.1%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $8,375 while total sales increased by 35.8%.
