Cleveland Heights home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Cleveland Heights rose by $8,375 while total sales increased by 35.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 315 homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,000 - a 8.4% increase over the $99,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 232 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,983, approximately 4.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
