Euclid home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Euclid rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,000 - a 10% increase over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Euclid in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,855, approximately 4.3% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
