Van Aken Bikeway | City of Beachwood
Van Aken Bikeway | City of Beachwood
The City is launching a community engagement process and we invite you to attend our public meetings to provide feedback and ideas.
With a goal of improving neighborhood connections to major transportation and activity centers for cyclists and pedestrians, the Van Aken Bikeway Plan will consider the preferred ways of connecting the Van Aken District to Lee Road with new bicycle facilities.
Do you regularly walk or bike in Shaker and have ideas about making travel from the Van Aken District area to western neighborhoods safer? Join us to help develop the Van Aken Bikeway.
Please join us at one of the following events:
Virtual Public Meeting—Wednesday, February 1, 7-8:30 pm
In-Person Open House—Wednesday, February 8
Drop in anytime 5-7 pm
Location: Van Aken District Market Hall (3441 Tuttle Rd.). You'll find us in the area behind Banter, near the Meade Rd. entrance.
There is no need to attend both meetings as the content will be similar. Note that during the February 8 in-person event, there will also be an opportunity to learn more about the City's public realm plan for the Van Aken District.
