Home prices decreased in Beachwood during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Beachwood fell by $56,450 while total sales decreased by 15 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 15.8 percent decrease from the $356,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Beachwood in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.3 percent of the median home sale price for May.
