Rising home prices in Pepper Pike in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Pepper Pike rose by $139,000 while total sales increased by 66.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $646,000 - a 27.4 percent increase over the $507,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Pepper Pike in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 1.7 percent of the median home sale price for May.
