April: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Pepper Pike rose by $93,925 while total sales decreased by 53.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $643,925 - a 17.1 percent increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Pepper Pike in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 1.7 percent of the median home sale price for April.
