Pepper Pike home prices fell in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Pepper Pike fell by $105,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $421,500 - a 20% decrease over the $527,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pepper Pike in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
