Beachwood median home prices rose by 65% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Beachwood rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 65% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Beachwood in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
