Pricing for the median home in South Euclid increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in South Euclid rose by $19,800 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $112,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in South Euclid in February 2021.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
