January 2022: Home prices in Highland Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Highland Heights rose by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 59.1% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Highland Heights in January 2021.
