Pricing for the median home in South Euclid decreased during January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in South Euclid fell by $100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,900 - a 0.1% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in South Euclid in January 2021.
