January 2022: Home prices in Euclid increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Euclid rose by $27,900 while total sales decreased by 53.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $77,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 76 homes sold in Euclid in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
