East Cleveland home prices rose in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in East Cleveland rose by $11,300 while total sales decreased by 76.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,300 - a 45.2% increase over the $25,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in East Cleveland in January 2021.
