2021: Home prices in Hunting Valley fell

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Hunting Valley fell by $237,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,500,000 - a 13.7% decrease over the $1,737,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunting Valley in 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunting Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $38,920, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for 2021.
