South Euclid median home prices rose by 15.7% in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in South Euclid rose by $17,606 while total sales increased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 538 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,900 - a 15.7% increase over the $112,294 median sale price for the previous year. There were 490 homes sold in South Euclid in 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for 2021.
