Median home prices in East Cleveland rose to $25,000 in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in East Cleveland rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 16.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 174 homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,000 - a 28.2% increase over the $19,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in East Cleveland in 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for 2021.
