Pepper Pike home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $59,500 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $531,500 - a 12.6% increase over the $472,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
