Highland Heights median home prices rose by 38.5% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Highland Heights rose by $93,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,500 - a 38.5% increase over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Highland Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,087, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
