Median home prices in Mayfield rose to $299,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mayfield rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,000 - a 6% increase over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Mayfield in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
