What happened to the median home price in Lyndhurst during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lyndhurst rose by $26,000 while total sales decreased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 181 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 16.8% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 182 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the second half of 2020.
