Pricing for the median home in Mayfield Heights increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Mayfield Heights rose by $18,000 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 168 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,700 - a 11.2% increase over the $160,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Mayfield Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,684, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
