The second half of 2021: Home prices in Richmond Heights increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Richmond Heights rose by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,250 - a 11.1% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Richmond Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Richmond Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,409, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
