Cleveland Heights home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $29,250 while total sales decreased by 9.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 385 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $130,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 424 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,500, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
