How did home prices perform in South Euclid during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in South Euclid rose by $19,950 while total sales decreased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 254 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,200 - a 17% increase over the $117,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 268 homes sold in South Euclid in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
