The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $115,500 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $580,000 - a 24.9% increase over the $464,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
