Beachwood median home prices rose by 6.6% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Beachwood rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 47.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $297,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Beachwood in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
