Rising home prices in Highland Heights in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Highland Heights rose by $35,750 while total sales decreased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,000 - a 14.3% increase over the $250,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Highland Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.
