Pricing for the median home in Lyndhurst increased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Lyndhurst rose by $18,250 while total sales decreased by 29.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $156,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Lyndhurst in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lyndhurst for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,048, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
