Cleveland Heights home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $21,000 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 157 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 16.2% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Cleveland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,500, approximately 3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
