How did home prices perform in South Euclid during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in South Euclid rose by $13,875 while total sales decreased by 34.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 11.4% increase over the $121,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 140 homes sold in South Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
