Euclid median home prices rose by 31.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Euclid rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 29.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 161 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 31.8% increase over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 227 homes sold in Euclid in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
