Falling home prices in East Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in East Cleveland fell by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,150 - a 9.9% decrease over the $27,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in East Cleveland in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in East Cleveland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $786, approximately 3.1% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
