December 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $109,000 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,000 - a 26.1% increase over the $418,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Pepper Pike in December 2020.
