Mayfield median home prices rose by 21.8% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Mayfield rose by $47,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,250 - a 21.8% increase over the $217,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mayfield in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
