Pricing for the median home in Cleveland Heights increased during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 52.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,000 - a 39% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in December 2020.
