November 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $150,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $610,000 - a 32.6% increase over the $460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pepper Pike in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
