Mayfield median home prices fell by 2.1% in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Mayfield fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $282,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Mayfield in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
