South Euclid home prices rose in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in South Euclid rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 20% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in South Euclid in November 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
