October 2021: Home prices in Pepper Pike fell

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Pepper Pike fell by $40,750 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $565,000 - a 6.7% decrease over the $605,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Pepper Pike in October 2020.
