Mayfield median home prices fell by 16.4% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Mayfield fell by $64,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,000 - a 16.4% decrease over the $391,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mayfield in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
