October 2021: Lyndhurst experienced a 4.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Lyndhurst rose by $6,950 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,450 - a 4.2% increase over the $166,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Lyndhurst in October 2020.
