Pricing for the median home in Cleveland Heights increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cleveland Heights rose by $21,604 while total sales increased by 3.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,054 - a 15.7% increase over the $137,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Cleveland Heights in October 2020.
