October 2021: Home prices in South Euclid increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in South Euclid rose by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,250 - a 8.3% increase over the $123,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in South Euclid in October 2020.

The median sales tax in South Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,252, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
