Euclid home prices rose in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Euclid rose by $33,300 while total sales increased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $114,300 - a 41.1% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Euclid in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Euclid for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,535, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
