Pepper Pike home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pepper Pike rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Pepper Pike in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pepper Pike for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,875, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
