Highland Heights median home prices rose by 44% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Highland Heights rose by $107,000 while total sales increased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 44% increase over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Highland Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Highland Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,087, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
