Rising home prices in Mayfield in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Mayfield rose by $94,500 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,000 - a 38.2% increase over the $247,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mayfield in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Mayfield for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $5,894, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
