Median home prices in Beachwood rose to $320,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Beachwood rose by $29,750 while total sales increased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $290,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Beachwood in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Beachwood for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $6,984, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
